Our Mission
Our Mission is to promote community unity by engendering respect for others in the
community and their positions, rules and laws. We accomplish this by addressing solutions, in a
fair an objective manner, for issues within the shared space of a community. Moreover, our
mission is to provide awareness, review the application of community policies and analyze
enforcement of rules and laws which adversely affect the living space or quality of life for
members in a said community. By understanding all the facts in a given situation the TAWL
Foundation will be able to better serve any specific need for conflict resolution.

The primary Objectives of the TAWL Foundation are:
-
Resolve non-criminal conflict with in a community through mediation;
-
Provide legal resource to indigent members in the community and defendants (state & federal) who do not pose detriment to the community as a returning citizen; and
-
Embolden a culture of respect, trust and civility within minority communities by working with other organizations who can provide the resources for said outcome.
Recently the TAWL Foundation has provided its mediation services (Via it’s RAD PROGRAM) to the States Attorney’s Office Drug & Alcohol Awareness program via a grant issued to the Non-profit Foundation WARPAINT AND RIBBONS. Further, the TAWL Foundation has continuously worked with the paralegal organization Second Chance 4 R.E.A.L and the (Reggae Star) Junior Reed Foundation.
